Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Company: refers to True Arabia Tourism L.L.C., a company registered with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under license number 1589954, authorised to operate as an Inbound Tour Operator in the United Arab Emirates.
Dubaimazing: refers to the brand name and online portal operated by True Arabia Tourism L.L.C. through which travel experiences and related services are marketed and sold.
Customer: refers to the individual completing the booking and all persons listed on the booking form.
Partner: refers to third party service providers, including tour operators, transport providers, entertainment venues, attractions, and hospitality suppliers, engaged by the Company to deliver services.
Product: refers to any tour, activity, experience, or travel related service offered for sale through the Dubaimazing website.
Legal framework
True Arabia Tourism L.L.C. operates as a licensed Inbound Tour Operator in the United Arab Emirates and conducts its commercial activities under the Dubaimazing brand.
The Company is responsible for the organisation, sale, and coordination of the services offered through the website. The actual delivery of certain services may be carried out directly by the Company or by authorised and licensed Partners acting on its behalf.
All services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
Booking terms
Booking confirmation: a booking is considered confirmed once full payment is disclosed, and a written confirmation has been issued to the customer.
Authority: the person completing the booking confirms that they have the authority to act on behalf of all participants included in the booking and that all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Jurisdiction: all contracts and related matters are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
Company rights: the Company reserves the right to refuse or decline any booking at its discretion. No amendment to these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of the Company.
Website operations
Dubaimazing operates its website in three distinct sections:
Tours & Activities: Customers may browse and purchase predefined tours and activities, including detailed descriptions, availability, and pricing.
Custom packages: tailor made experiences and packages may be arranged following individual requests submitted via email, phone, WhatsApp, social networks or contact forms. Availability and pricing are confirmed on a case by case basis.
Informative blog: the website includes informational articles and travel content intended for general guidance and inspiration.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
The website, including its content, design, software, and functionality, is owned and operated by True Arabia Tourism L.L.C.. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
Pricing & payments
- Pricing Details
- All prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Prices may be subject to change due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including taxes, governmental fees, admission charges, or currency fluctuations.
- Payment Methods
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe using accepted payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

- Refunds
- If a booking is not accepted, the charged amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellation & Refund policy
Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the relevant product or experience page, the cancellation and refund conditions outlined below shall apply. Certain services are subject to stricter cancellation policies imposed by third party Partners, including non refundable bookings. Where such conditions apply, they will be clearly indicated on the product page and shall prevail over the general policy described herein.
- Customer Cancellations
- For cancellations made 48 hours or more before the activity, a full refund will be provided.
- For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity, or in cases of no-shows, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds will not be provided once the activity has commenced.
Company Cancellations: the Company reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions or governmental restrictions. In such cases, Customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative date where possible.
- Force Majeure: no compensation is payable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond the Company’s control, including natural disasters, political events, or other extraordinary circumstances.
Exclusion from activities
The Company and its Partners reserve the right to deny participation in any activity where:
- The customer does not meet eligibility requirements.
- Participation poses a safety risk to the individual or others.
- Behavior disrupts the proper conduct of the activity.
No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
Health & travel insurance
True Arabia Tourism L.L.C. and its authorised Partners maintain the insurance coverage required under applicable UAE regulations for the services they provide. This coverage is intended to meet statutory and operational requirements and does not replace personal travel, medical, or accident insurance.
Customers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive personal health and travel insurance prior to participating in any activity, particularly for experiences involving physical exertion or higher risk. Customers remain responsible for their personal safety, health, and belongings at all times.
Customer responsibilities
Fitness to participate: customers must ensure they are mentally and physically capable of participating in the chosen activity.
Personal belongings: all personal items are carried at the customer’s risk.

Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by the Company or its Partners.
Amendments to bookings
- Customer Changes:
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Names provided at the time of booking must match valid identification documents.
Refunds: refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Communication: customers wishing to cancel or amend a booking must submit their request in writing. The effective cancellation date is the date the request is received.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of booking shall apply to that transaction.
